Dr Sarah Davies is a champion for holistic medicine and brings over 25 years of medical experience to her role at Panacea Health London. Drawing on her work with competitive athletes, elite dancers, and patients recovering from injury or back pain, she blends clinical expertise with a belief that true healing comes from within. Sarah views every injury in the context of the whole person, using holistic medicine as a powerful tool to restore both health and performance.
Passionate about helping people achieve what they never thought possible, Sarah supports everyone—from “couch potatoes” to “ultra-athletes”—to push boundaries and reach their full potential. She believes that “the only limits in life are those that we impose on ourselves.”
Sarah specialises in the management of musculoskeletal injuries, including sports, dance, and occupational strains. Her fascination with movement began while completing a Master’s Degree in Classical Acting at the Central School of Speech and Drama, London, and later evolved into specialist training in Sport and Exercise Medicine (2012), with a focus on joint preservation and long-term musculoskeletal health.
As a Consultant in Sport and Exercise Medicine, Dr Davies has worked with British Athletics, the London 2012 and Rio 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games, and the English Institute of Sport, where she served as Chief Medical Officer for Paralympics and GB Para Shooting. Since 2017, she has cared for dancers at the Royal Ballet School and, from 2019, the Royal Ballet Company, managing performance, injury prevention and recovery throughout their careers.
A published author within Sport and Exercise Medicine, Sarah is also an examiner for the Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine (UK). Outside of clinical practice, she enjoys maintaining her own fitness through strength training, yoga, triathlon and winter sports, and finds balance in music, sewing, and time with her daughter.
